A learning tool that nudges users to revisit LeetCode problems on a spaced-repetition schedule, solve a problem today, get reminded again in three days, then a week, then a month. The MVP needed to feel trustworthy and lean enough for an early-stage startup to validate the concept and onboard first users.
A volunteer-led Android application for rural health communities in Nepal. Provides symptom and disease information, a community health forum, and lightweight self-assessment tools, designed for low-bandwidth contexts and accessible language. Funded entirely through our commercial work.
A working health-information tool delivered to communities under-served by digital health infrastructure. A direct example of our pro-bono lane.
An end-to-end AI pipeline that takes a clothing photograph and returns the best representative fabric swatch. Used transfer learning on the DeepFashion2 dataset (491K images, 13 categories) with Mask R-CNN for instance segmentation, then KMeans clustering with the elbow method to select the cleanest representative swatch. Delivered as a Dockerised Flask API.
PoC was adopted as the working tool internally. A second version was later developed on the another AI platform.
A full-stack dashboard for tracking recycled content percentages across product lines and materials. Built with a pluggable settings system so non-technical staff could adjust configurations without developer involvement. Reported to have run without bugs or major issues for over two years post-delivery, no feature upgrades, no maintenance interventions required.

An enterprise AI product that lets clients interact with their business data through natural conversation. Taken from blank slate no spec, no architecture, no proof of feasibility to production-ready system. Designed and built the full architecture, including a multi-chat system where multiple users and AI agents collaborate on data analysis, and a queue-based interaction system using RabbitMQ and Celery for scalable AI workload management. Extended LangChain where its built-ins fell short. By transition, the team had grown to 32 people and the product was in client onboarding.
Demonstrates the ability to take an undefined idea, where stakeholders themselves were unsure of the product and turn it into a working, scalable production system.
A miniature environmental satellite that captures temperature, humidity, and other climate parameters and visualises them on a real-time dashboard. The cloud version routes telemetry through Azure IoT Hub and Stream Analytics into a React front-end. Earth Category Runner-Up at the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2021 World Finals - represented Nepal among 160+ countries.
Worked on Meta's WebXR Samples project, building immersive VR experiences on the web using three.js and the WebXR API. Implemented hand-input examples for gesture interactions on Oculus Quest 2, researching performance, feasibility, and prototype functionality. Contributed examples (including a Thanos-snap gesture demo) to the Meta-curated public WebXR Samples repository.
